Reposted – Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Authorized Use

• Your Reposted subscription is licensed solely for your personal or business use.
• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or assigned to others.
• Each subscription is limited to one user. Multi-user access requires a separate license.

2. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Reposted for:

• Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions:
  Using stolen credit cards, payment fraud, or misrepresenting your identity.
• Account Sharing or Resale:
  Sharing login details with others or reselling access to Reposted.
• Automated Abuse:
  Using bots, scrapers, or automated systems to overload or exploit Reposted.
• Illegal or Harmful Content:
  Creating or distributing content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, or violates intellectual property rights.
• Security Violations:
  Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with Reposted's systems.

3. Fair Usage

• Subscriptions include access to Reposted features and credits based on your plan.
• Excessive or abusive usage outside of normal service levels may result in temporary suspension or upgrade requirements.
• Reposted reserves the right to monitor usage to ensure system stability and prevent abuse.

4. Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of this Policy may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of your account.
• Loss of access without refund.
• Legal action if your activity causes harm to Reposted or its users.

5. Evidence & Disputes

• Reposted records account logins, IP addresses, and usage activity to detect abuse.
• These records may be used as evidence in the event of chargebacks, disputes, or legal proceedings.
